    Does AlphaMail allow for flexibility in scheduling outgoing mailings?
    Yes, the AlphaMessenger product offers a full range of scheduling features, from daily scheduling capabilities to a completely automated feature which can pre-create mailings using default content and subscribers or collect them, via "web scraping," from URLs on the client's site.


    Can AlphaMail host a branded unsubscribe page for my organization?
    Yes, AlphaMail provides both a hosted unsubscribe page as well as standard reply unsubscribe functionality. Clients can choose to utilize either option or both in their campaigns. We offer branding on hosted pages using virtual domain technology, providing a seamless experience consistent with our client's web sites.


    Can AlphaMail host a page that captures data for promotional purposes?

    Can the delivery and tracking of my organization's campaigns be affected by other AlphaMail clients?
    No. AlphaMail recognizes this is a major concern for all of our clients. We believe that no client should be able to affect the performance of any other clients. Our systems are designed so that each client is guaranteed their own designated database. Furthermore, if the need is determined, certain clients are allocated their own server (or group of servers for scaling purposes).


    What options do I have as a client when it comes to subscriber list submission and management?
    You have a number of options. The automated list management feature of AlphaMessenger was developed by database experts and is very powerful and effective. Client-provided recipient lists can be processed within hours of delivery, even for large list loads. If segmentation is required, again we have database experts to assist, so we can get your campaigns ready in the time frames you need.

    For specific mailings, new lists can be uploaded and specified real-time for delivery using the AlphaMessenger Communiqué feature.

    For clients who wish to upload new subscriber lists each and every day, the "clean" list submission option can be utilized. This feature works by removing all existing subscriptions and loading all of the new subscriptions in as a new list and updating the subscription reporting numbers accordingly.



    Will my subscriber list(s) be shared with anyone outside my organization?
    Never. AlphaMail takes client and recipient privacy very seriously. Under no circumstances, will ANY data in your organization's database be shared with anyone outside your organization.

    How can I be sure my campaign is going to be delivered as expected?
    We understand that your customers are your business. We strive to make the process of delivering and managing your email campaigns and newsletters easier and more effective. With this in mind, the AlphaMessenger network has been constructed with multiple levels of redundancy. We have taken the appropriate steps to ensure that your campaigns will be delivered to your recipients as specified in the application.


    Can I expect a reasonable turnaround on the development and delivery of customized reports?
    Yes. We understand the importance of accurate and meaningful reports. In most cases, customized reports can be developed and delivered within a few business days after initially requested. We take great pride in our customer support - we will do whatever we need to do to ensure your satisfaction.


    What kind of Customer Support does AlphaMail provide?
    As part of our standard offering, AlphaMail provides both 24-hour technology support with on-call pagers and direct lines to the technologists in the event of any issues. We also provide campaign supervision in the use of the AlphaMessenger product. We will provide support to answer questions regarding best policies or general questions as to how to ensure optimal delivery.
