AlphaMail delivers commercial email as well as paid email services on behalf of its client companies. If at any time a recipient chooses, her or she may opt-out of receiving further client commercial email messages.

Email Opt-Out

If you are receiving commercial email that AlphaMail is delivering on behalf of one of our client companies, you have a number of opt-out options.

OPTIONS TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM CLIENT LISTS

1. You can unsubscribe directly from client lists by following the unsubscribe directions in the email message you received. All commercial emails that AlphaMail delivers are required to contain a remove link which allows unsubscribe capability. Please note that in some circumstances, certain email clients and filtering software will break these links and make them inoperable. If you encounter this situation, and have an inoperable, please use one of the alternate unsubscribe options below.

2. You can unsubscribe by replying directly to the original email with the word "Remove" either in the subject line or in the first line of the message body. Please make sure that when you send the unsubscribe request, you are using email account to which the original email was sent. This address can be found in the "To" portion of the email header.

3. If you choose, at any time you can send an unsubscribe request directly to AlphaMail. We will make every attempt to have the email address removed from the indicated list. In order for us to adequately process unsubscribe requests received in this manner, please forward a copy of the email you received using the email address to which it was sent. Please email your request to privacy@alphamailllc.com.

We will process your unsubscribe as soon as possible, but please be aware that in some circumstances you may receive additional email messages until the unsubscribe is processed.
